Return & Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn or unused, with all original tags attached, and in its original packaging.

You will also need to provide your receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return

Please do not send your item back before contacting us and receiving return instructions.

If your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package.

Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it.

If your item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and work to make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

• Perishable goods, such as food, flowers, or plants

• Custom or personalized products

• Personal care or beauty products

• Hazardous materials

• Flammable liquids or gases

We also do not accept returns for sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the item you currently have.

Once your return is accepted, you can place a separate order for the new item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without providing a justification.

The item must still be in the same condition that you received it—unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging.

You will also need to provide your receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved or declined.

If your refund is approved, the refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please keep in mind that your bank or credit card company may require additional time to process and post the refund to your account.
